About Us

 

Hi! We are Julianna and Tyler Oates. We are married and live in New Hampshire with our rescue dog, Lucy. We are both obsessed with coffee, buffalo mac and cheese, and of course, our dog! We hand pour every candle and carefully label every jar. We love getting to share our creations with the world!

Our Story

Candles are the perfect way to set the tone of any space whether you’re looking for relaxation, romance, or even creative inspiration. We are passionate about creating the perfect candle for any and every space and we’re pretty proud of what we make!

We started making candles because we love the way they make our home feel, but we had a difficult time finding candles made with clean ingredients. What we found was either not our ideal scent or was made with ingredients that were dangerous, like petroleum products (paraffin), phthalates, and other harmful toxins. We care deeply about the things we bring into our home, especially those that affect the air quality. So, we created our own clean-burning candles for every occasion. We love how a simple candle can change the mood and fragrance of a room and we can't wait for our candles to brighten up your home!

Our Commitment to Clean living and Conservation

Our candles are clean burning and made from 100% pure organic soy wax, harvested from soy grown without chemicals in America. We are proud to make our hand-poured candles with only the purest of ingredients. We work hard to balance our high-quality ingredients with a reasonable price tag. You can breathe in all our unique scents and feel safe knowing that everything we make is toxin-free. You won’t find any phthalates, paraben, paraffin, or prop 65 warnings here! Even our wicks are made with organic cotton and are zinc and lead-free. Plus, when you get your candle in the mail, you’ll notice that all our packaging is completely recyclable.
